Trevor A. Garrick
Trevor is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and conditioning specialist with over 14 years of professional experience. Trevor is partner at Performance Fitness and Training. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Roxbury Community College, where he teaches an Introduction to Weight Training course. In addition to his responsibilities with Performance Fitness & Training and Roxbury Community College, Trevor works as a Personal Trainer for the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center in Roxbury.
Trevor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University, Boston, where he was a four-year Track & Field scholarship athlete.
Yvel A. Joseph
Yvel is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Martial Artist with over 15 years of personal fitness training, performance conditioning, leading team sports and competition experience. Yvel is also a partner at Performance Fitness and Training. He uses his enthusiasm and high energy levels in training and teaching others on the benefits of fitness and healthy living. He specializes in personal and group boot camp fitness, boxing and kickboxing. Yvel has trained out of various health clubs and also works as a Personal Trainer and Boot Camp instructor at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center.
Yvel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, as a scholarship Track and Field Athlete and a Masters in International Business from Boston University. While pursuing his education and developing his business experience, he’s earned his Black Belt degrees in Martial Arts.

We serve as the Strength and Conditioning Coaches for all Roxbury Community College athletic teams, working with the athletes on industry techniques for optimizing performance during their competition season.
